Raiders Stash Evan Neal, Azeez Ojulari and Ronnie Bell on Practice Squad
A former No. 7 pick, a 22-sack edge rusher and a 10-catch career WR all land in Vegas — none of them worth a bench spot in fantasy yet.

The Raiders are running a low-cost reclamation project. Vegas added receiver Ronnie Bell, offensive lineman Evan Neal and edge rusher Azeez Ojulari to its practice squad, cutting defensive end Jahfari Harvey, tackle Kamar Missouri and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam to make room. All three additions are former draft picks trying to find their footing again.
Neal is the headline name and the cautionary tale. The Giants took him seventh overall in the 2022 draft, then watched the experiment stall — he moved from right tackle to right guard, didn't play a snap there last season, and hasn't seen the field at all since 2024. He finished his New York run with 29 games and 27 starts before the Giants released him Sunday. That's a lot of draft capital for a practice-squad body.
Ojulari brings the most usable résumé of the group. A second-round Giants pick in 2021, he's logged 22 sacks, 113 tackles and 38 quarterback hits across 49 games in five seasons. His problem has been staying on the field — he played just three games with the Eagles last season, then signed with Atlanta in March only to have the Falcons terminate that deal Sunday. He's got real pass-rush juice, but IDP managers have no reason to care about a practice-squad edge.
Bell rounds out the trio. The 49ers grabbed him in the seventh round in 2023, and he's bounced between San Francisco and New Orleans since. Over 28 career games he's caught 10 passes for 113 yards and four touchdowns — including 2 receptions, 23 yards and a score in two games last year (2025), worth all of 10 PPR points.
The Fantasy Fallout
None of these moves register in fantasy. Practice-squad signings mean no guaranteed snaps, no target share and no depth-chart certainty. Bell is unranked in our model for good reason — his career high in a single season is a handful of catches, and now he's fifth or sixth on a receiver room he wasn't even on the active roster for. There's no path to weekly volume here.
Bottom line: leave all three on the wire. Ojulari is the only one with any statistical pedigree, and even he needs an injury and a promotion just to enter the IDP conversation. Keep Bell on a distant watch list if you're in a 20-team dynasty league digging for lottery tickets — but for everyone else, this is a news blip, not a roster move.
