Jaxson Dart's Poise Powers Giants to 14-7 Lead Over Dallas at the Break

Jaxson Dart is running the show in Dallas, and the Giants hold a 14-7 lead at halftime on Sunday night. The rookie capped a crisp two-minute drive with a 15-yard strike to a wide-open Isaiah Likely, and he's been sharp all half: 11-of-15 for 134 yards and that touchdown, plus a team-high 39 rushing yards on three carries, including a 22-yard scramble.
The scoring drive was set up by a gift from the Dallas defense — and then handed right back. Quinnen Williams punched the ball loose from Tyrone Tracy to give the Cowboys an extra possession, but Dak Prescott coughed it up on third-and-5 from his own 36. Under heavy pressure and rolling right, Prescott tried to throw it away, didn't get enough on the ball, and Jevon Holland slid underneath it for the interception.
From there, Dart went to work. He connected with Malik Nabers, Darnell Mooney, and Likely to march inside the 15, then found Likely alone in the end zone. Cam Skattebo had opened the scoring earlier with a 3-yard plunge, while CeeDee Lamb answered with a 1-yard grab to briefly tie it at 7-7 before Dart's late surge.
The Fantasy Fallout
Likely is the story for streamers. Five catches for 59 yards and a touchdown in a single half is loud production from a player our rankings peg as TE42 (No. 268 overall), coming off a modest 2025 line of 27 catches, 307 yards and one score across 14 games (62 PPR points). A hot half doesn't automatically make him a weekly starter, but if this is where Dart's eyes are going, it's worth tracking.
The other Giants are quieter. Skattebo already has his short goal-line score — he posted 126 PPR points in eight games in 2025 and sits at RB36 in our ranks — but Dart's mobility is siphoning yardage. Mooney (WR77, 82 PPR points in 2025) caught a pass on the touchdown drive without doing much else. On the Dallas side, Lamb has his touchdown and is our WR19 with 201 PPR points last season, but his 2025 form was already trending down (-2.9 fantasy points below his average over his last five games), and a low-volume first half doesn't help.
Bottom line: if you're streaming tight ends, Likely is the name to monitor into the second half and next week. He's a WATCH, not yet an automatic add — one big half is exactly the kind of thing that lures managers into chasing points. Let the target volume prove itself before you burn a roster spot.
