WR7 in our rankings, trending up, and back to full practice.

Key numbers
  • Jackson & Flowers upgraded limited to full Thursday
  • Flowers: +5.8 fantasy pts/game over last 5 (2025)
  • Jackson: -3.7 fantasy pts/game over last 5 (2025)
  • Pocic (knee) expected to land on injured reserve
  • Flowers ranks WR7, Jackson QB18 in our rankings

The Ravens' injury report finally gave fantasy managers something to smile about. Both quarterback Lamar Jackson (back) and receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) were bumped from limited to full participants at Thursday's practice, a strong signal that Baltimore's two most important fantasy pieces are trending toward playing this week.

Flowers is the bigger relief here. He missed Week 2 with the hamstring before returning last week in the win over Dallas, and his recent production has been excellent — our data shows him averaging +5.8 fantasy points per game above his season mark over his last five outings (2025). He posted 86 catches for 1,211 yards and five scores across 17 games last season (2025), good for 243 PPR points. That's a WR7 profile in our rankings, and the full practice removes most of the doubt.

Jackson's situation is slightly more nuanced. The back issue hasn't kept him off the field entirely, and the Thursday upgrade suggests it's a non-factor by game day. The wrinkle is his form: our numbers have Jackson running -3.7 fantasy points per game below his season average over his last five games (2025). He threw for 2,549 yards with 21 touchdowns and zero interceptions across 13 games last season, adding 349 rushing yards and two scores for 233 PPR points.

The Supporting Cast

Baltimore cleared a few depth names too. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey (hamstring), guard John Simpson (groin) and tight end Durham Smythe (heel) all moved up to full participation. Smythe isn't a fantasy factor — just 4 catches for 25 yards last season (2025) ranks him TE97 in our model — but a healthier offensive line helps everyone, Jackson included.

Not everyone got good news. Receiver Chris Moore (ankle) and tackle Ronnie Stanley (toe) stayed limited, while outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson (finger), lineman Jovaughn Gwyn (ankle) and center Ethan Pocic (knee) missed a second straight day. Pocic is expected to be placed on injured reserve, which means a shuffle up front — worth monitoring if you're banking on Jackson's clean pocket.

The bottom line: Flowers is a confident start. He was already playing through the injury last week, the full practice confirms the trajectory, and his recent form is among the best at the position. Lock him in. Jackson is also a start despite the back note — he's a top-tier QB with a near-certain green light — but temper expectations given his slight dip in recent scoring. No panic, just a quieter floor than usual.
