Key numbers
  • JSN, Williams limited for 2nd straight day (ankle)
  • Charbonnet (knee), Lock (forearm) also limited Tue
  • Charbonnet: our #2 RB, 179 PPR pts in 2025 (16 G)
  • Seattle releases game tags Wednesday vs. Broncos
  • Holani (ribs, knee) upgraded to full participant

Seattle's Tuesday injury report read a lot like Monday's, and that's both good and mildly annoying if you've got Seahawks on your roster. Jaxon Smith-Njigba and defensive lineman Leonard Williams were again listed as limited with ankle issues for a second consecutive day, while running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) stayed capped at limited as the team builds toward Thursday night's matchup with the Broncos.

The one piece of forward movement was minor: guard Beau Stephens (shoulder) graduated from limited to full. Everyone else fantasy managers care about held their status. Charbonnet, our No. 2 overall RB, is the name that matters most here — he posted 730 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns on 179 PPR points across 16 games last season (2025, actual), so any practice cap gets your attention.

Reading The Status Board

Quarterback Drew Lock (right forearm) also remained limited. Lock has thrown for 422 yards and four touchdowns with zero picks over two games this season (2026, actual), good for 34 PPR points, though his last five outings have dipped 8.5 fantasy points below his own average. He's a streamer at best, and the forearm note doesn't change that math.

Further down the depth chart, running back George Holani (ribs, knee) was a full participant and wideout Irv Charles (knee) was full as well. Neither is a fantasy factor right now — Holani sits at our No. 235 overall (No. 51 RB) with just 24 PPR points through five games this season (2026, actual). Linebackers Chazz Surratt (calf) and Drake Thomas (ankle) sat out entirely, which is a Seattle defense concern more than a redraft one.

The short week is the wrinkle. With a Thursday kickoff, Seattle will drop official game designations Wednesday — one day earlier than usual — so you won't have the luxury of a Thursday morning check before locking lineups.

For now, nobody here is in panic territory. Limited-but-practicing is the softest injury tier, and JSN and Charbonnet both showing up two days running is a positive signal. Hold Charbonnet with confidence and treat JSN as a start pending the Wednesday tag. Just have a pivot ready at the margins — a short week leaves zero room to react if either gets bumped to questionable or worse.
