Liam Coen said Monday he's "trending toward" giving his starters — Trevor Lawrence included — a handful of live snaps when the Jaguars host the Panthers on Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET. The reason is simple math: Coen noted there are very few padded practice days left before the regular season, and after the joint work and game against the Saints, he wants more good-on-good reps that Monday's session couldn't provide.

In the meantime, Carter Bradley and Joey Aguilar are set to soak up the extra reps.

Mullens is a non-factor for fantasy purposes and always has been — he's unranked and posted just 19 passing yards with no touchdowns across five appearances last season (2025), good for 0 PPR points.
