Zay Flowers Questionable With Foot Injury as Ravens Head to Atlanta
Baltimore's top wideout was limited in practice all week and carries a questionable tag. He's your WR7 on our board — so what now?

Questionable with a foot issue — confirm active before locking him in.
- Flowers limited in practice all week (foot)
- Our WR rank: #34 overall, #7 at position
- 67 PPR pts through 3 games in 2026
- 18 rec, 352 yds, 2 TD so far this season
- Humphrey (hamstring/calf) also questionable
The Ravens dropped their full injury report Friday and the headline for fantasy managers is a questionable tag on Zay Flowers, Baltimore's No. 1 receiver. Flowers practiced on a limited basis all week with a foot injury, and the team is holding off on a final decision until closer to kickoff in Atlanta.
That matters a lot. Flowers is our WR7 — #34 overall — and he's piled up 67 PPR points through three games this season (2026), on 18 catches for 352 yards and two scores. He's been one of the more reliable target hogs in the league, so a game-time call is exactly the kind of uncertainty nobody wants heading into the weekend.
He's not the only Raven on the report. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey (hamstring, calf) is also questionable after getting back on the practice field Friday, and guard Andrew Vorhees (foot) rounds out the questionable trio. Those are defensive and depth concerns for IDP leagues more than anything, but they tell you the Ravens are banged up.
Baltimore already ruled out two names before the full report landed: linebacker Trey Hendrickson (finger) and center Cam Jurgens (concussion). On the bright side, coach Minter said earlier in the week that he expects Jurgens to make his Ravens debut in Week 6, so the center situation should sort itself out soon.
The Fantasy Fallout
A questionable tag on a foot injury is the annoying middle ground — not a ruling out, not a clean bill of health. Foot issues can linger and sap a receiver's explosiveness even when he suits up, so the risk isn't just inactive-or-active, it's whether a hobbled Flowers gives you his usual ceiling.
Here's the play: if you have the roster flexibility, line up a contingency and watch the inactives before locking Flowers in. He's too good to bench outright given his WR7 billing, but don't get caught scrambling at 1 p.m. with no backup plan. Treat him as a confirm-before-start and you'll sleep fine.
