It was tight end Dalton Kincaid, who led every player on the field with 130 receiving yards in his Bills debut and commanded the team's largest target share on the way to a 100-yard afternoon.
Allen still did Allen things: 20-of-29 for 334 yards and two passing scores, plus 24 rushing yards and two more touchdowns on the ground, capped by a 24-yard game-winner to Josh Palmer on a 96-yard final drive. C.J. Stroud looked fine on the surface — 26-of-38, two touchdowns, 31 points hung on a contender. Then the final drive melted down: two sacks in three goal-to-go snaps and a lost fumble to end it, his second of the day. It echoed a 2025 playoff run where he completed 51.9% and coughed up five fumbles. Our board has him QB21 (#57 overall) off his 209-PPR-point 2025, and that feels about right — a matchup-dependent QB2 with a low floor when pressure hits.
The bright spot in Houston was David Montgomery, who ran for 60 yards and two scores and added a receiving touchdown — the best player on the Texans' offense in his first year as the clear lead back. Fantasy bottom line: buy Kincaid now before the price catches up — a 130-yard debut with the top target share is a genuine TE1 signal, not noise. Allen and Montgomery are locked-in weekly starters. Fade Stroud in tough matchups until he proves the late-game collapses are behind him. And keep DJ Moore rostered as a WR3 with upside; he found the end zone here and is already tracking to blow past his career-low 2025 (50-682-6).
