Jordan Love, Christian Watson Clear Injury Report, Good to Go vs. Lions
Love carries no designation into Detroit while Watson, Golden and Williams all shed limited tags — Green Bay's passing game is fully stocked.

WR6 on our board, no designation, locked in against Detroit.
- Love: no injury designation, set to play vs. Lions
- Watson, Golden, Williams off report after limited week
- Watson: 29 rec, 538 yds, 6 TD through 6 games (2026)
- Golden: 501 rec yds, 3 TD in 6 games (2026)
- LB Zaire Franklin out with a shin injury
Green Bay's passing attack heads into Detroit intact. Jordan Love carries no injury designation on the Packers' final practice report of the week and is cleared to start, and the receivers who spent the week listed as limited — Christian Watson (ankle), Matthew Golden (shoulder) and rookie Savion Williams (ankle) — are all off the report and good to go.
That's the whole fantasy-relevant skill group healthy for Week 8. Watson sits at WR6 and No. 21 overall in our 2026 rankings with 29 catches for 538 yards and six scores through six games (119 PPR points, actual). Love checks in as our QB8 and No. 23 overall, posting 1,684 passing yards, 11 touchdowns and — this is the eye-opener — zero interceptions so far this season (118 PPR points, actual).
The clean injury report is the headline here, but note the undercurrent: both Watson and Love are trending slightly down. Watson is averaging 2.6 fantasy points below his season mark over his last five games, and Love is off 1.9 per game in the same stretch. Nothing alarming, but it tempers the ceiling against a Lions defense that can push the pace.
Golden rounds out the picture as our WR11 and No. 45 overall, with 501 receiving yards and three touchdowns in six games (99 PPR points, actual). He's the clear WR2 in this offense and a usable flex, especially if Detroit's defense forces Green Bay into a shootout. Williams remains a dart-throw dynasty name rather than a plug-and-play option.
The Deep Bench
Not everyone cleared. Guard Aaron Banks, corner Benjamin St-Juste, defensive tackle Jordan Riley and receiver Bo Melton are all questionable. Melton is a non-factor in fantasy — four catches for 30 yards all season (7 PPR points, actual) leaves him at WR145 and No. 378 overall. Linebacker Zaire Franklin is the one confirmed absence after a shin injury Thursday, per head coach Matt LaFleur.
The actionable read: start Watson with confidence, start Love in all formats, and flex Golden. None of the Packers' key pass-catchers carry a designation, so you can slot them without worrying about a game-day inactive surprise. Just know the recent downtick means you're banking on volume and matchup, not a guaranteed ceiling game.
